Unfortunately, his DVD drive is busted. No, install is on an old Dell from around 2008. I may try using a different utility next time other than Universal USB Installer. Recommendations? Read full topic

Hi Edward, if your dad has Winblows 10, maybe use Unetbootin for Windblows, your dad could overwrite the USB stick and then try downloading (yet) another ISO and do it himself?....

Yep. I ended up using Unetbootin, even though that utility in the past has given me issues and Universal USB Installer has always been pretty solid. Read full topic
